C. Process Monitoring & Tools
1. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline development workflows.
2. Use ticketing tools such as Jira to track, assign, and manage tasks efficiently.
3. Ensure smooth progress toward achieving daily and weekly targets.
D. Agile Collaboration
1. Work within an Agile methodology, participating actively in daily stand-ups.
2. Share updates on progress, discuss challenges, and plan the next steps with the team.
3. Contribute to building a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
