We are looking for energetic and passionate 'Inside Sales Intern' who is eager to build a career in sales. Successful interns will receive a performance-based pre-placement offer (PPO) after three months, with an exciting salary and incentives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Lead Engagement: Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to understand their needs and pitch suitable programs effectively.
2. Sales Conversion: Drive enrolment by explaining program value propositions, handling objections, and closing sales.
3. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
4. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with interested leads and nurture cold leads to conversion.
5. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and program teams to align sales messaging and address customer queries.
7. Market Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve offerings and sales strategies.
8. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of all programs, features, and pricing to effectively guide leads.
9. Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates and reports on sales performance and lead status.
10. Professional Communication: Uphold the brand's tone and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year
