Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship at Swayam Foundation

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support fundraising by mapping donor opportunities, drafting emails/proposals, and assisting in crowdfunding
2. Identify and reach out to aligned organisations, platforms, and collaborators for partnership development
3. Help market online trainings and workshops through creative and strategic outreach
4. Maintain a simple database of outreach efforts, conversations, and follow-ups
5. Contribute ideas, research, and insights to help build smart, values-aligned strategies

Who are you:

1. A strong communicator (English + basic Hindi helpful)
2. Self-driven, organised, and interested in mental health or social impact
3. Comfortable working remotely and independently
4. Curious about how nonprofits grow and sustain themselves
5. Willing to take initiative and test new ideas
