About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold Email & Campaign Mastery (Approx. 50%)
a. Campaign Execution: Execute high-volume, personalized cold email sequences targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and specific personas.
b. A/B Testing & Optimization: Relentlessly A/B test subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost Open Rates and Reply Rates.
c. Personalization: Leverage TailorTalk AI's platform to generate and refine hyper-personalized email content that resonates with senior decision-makers.
d. Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics to identify successful strategies and campaign bottlenecks.
2. Outbound Calling & Qualification (Approx. 50%)
a. Cold Calling: Conduct strategic cold calls to prospects who show interest (warm leads) and high-priority targets (cold leads).
b. Pitch Refinement: Quickly articulate TailorTalk AI's value proposition in a compelling manner and handle initial objections.
c. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on our established to ensure they are a good fit for a demo with the sales team.
d. CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, communications, and qualification details in the CRM system (Zoho).

• Data-Driven Mindset: A basic understanding of or interest in sales metrics and optimizing performance based on data.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator).

• Proactive Learner: Eager to learn about the AI/SaaS landscape and the technical aspects of our product.
