About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with students interested in upskilling their career in coding, DSA, system design, and backend developer role
2. Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed enrollments
3. Conduct 1:1 conversations via WhatsApp, calls, or Zoom to understand student goals
4. Clearly explain program value, learning outcomes, and career pathways
5. Follow up with prospects and close enrollments within defined timelines
6. Maintain lead and conversion data using basic CRM tools or Google Sheets
7. Share market feedback with the core team to improve sales strategy
