About the work from home job/internship
Neuronurture Kids is a paediatric developmental health company working with children and families across India. It is a fast-moving, early-stage team founded by a specialist Developmental Paediatrician and a senior AI technologist, focused on helping parents find support for their child's speech, behavioural, and developmental needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write 2-3 SEO-optimised blog posts weekly on topics related to child development, speech delays, ADHD, autism, and therapy options
2. Translate clinical insights from the medical team into parent-friendly, engaging articles and guides
3. Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts including tips, checklists, and educational content
4. Draft WhatsApp broadcast messages for weekly tips, reminders, and lead nurturing
5. Manage and post content daily across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
6. Engage with parent communities on WhatsApp groups and Facebook by answering queries and sharing relevant content
7. Identify and build relationships with parenting influencers and bloggers for collaborations
8. Upload and optimise blog content with meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking
9. Submit the website to healthcare directories, doctor platforms, and parenting resource sites
10. Conduct outreach for backlinks through guest posts and collaborations with parenting publications
11. Manage and update Google Business Profile including posts, reviews, and images
12. Maintain local citations and directory listings across multiple cities
13. Maintain a content calendar and track publishing schedules
14. Track key metrics such as website traffic, keyword rankings, social engagement, and leads generated
15. Report weekly insights to the founder including performance analysis and next steps
