Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation - Write blogs, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials that resonate.
2. Research & Insight - Understand our industry, services, and audience. Dig into topics, simplify complex ideas, and create useful, engaging content.
3. Brand Voice Execution - Capture and maintain the Pexaworks tone: bold, intelligent, and conversational without sounding like everyone else.
4. Content Strategy Support - Help build content calendars, brainstorm new ideas, and contribute to campaign planning.
5. Team Collaboration - Work with the marketing, design, and business teams to align messaging and creative output.
6. Edits & Improvements - Take feedback constructively and refine drafts into polished final pieces.

What We're Looking For
1. Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Communications, 2. Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio to back it up.
3. Strong research skills and an ability to quickly learn and write about new topics.
4. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content principles is a plus.
5. Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Grammarly, or similar.
6. A self-starter attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
