About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Producing well-researched, original content for blogs, website landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), etc.
2. Translating technical concepts (AI, SaaS, digital transformation, HR tech) into clear, engaging copy for business audiences.
3. Using keyword research, audience insights, and SEO best practices to optimise content for organic reach.
4. Collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual elements, and campaign goals.
5. Repurposing long-form content into social posts, carousels, email snippets, and video scripts.
6. Analysing content performance (engagement, traffic, conversions) and iterating based on insights.
7. Proofreading and maintaining high standards of grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
8. Staying updated with content, marketing, and tech trends to keep content fresh and competitive.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent writing experience).
2. Experience writing for technology, HR, SaaS, or recruitment brands.
3. Exposure to AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) and prompt creation.
4. Basic design and layout understanding (e.g., Canva, simple infographic creation).
5. Published content with measurable performance (traffic or engagement metrics).
6. Excellent command of written English with strong grammar and story sense.
7. Demonstrable writing ability with a portfolio of blogs, articles, or social content.
8. Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics.
9. Comfort with tech and HR domain topics and ability to learn quickly.
10. Creative mindset with the ability to write across formats (long-form and short-form).
11. Familiarity with at least one content management system or digital marketing tool.
12. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
