About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for a CS/Legal trainee to work closely with the founders and support the team in legal documentation, regulatory filings, corporate structuring, and building strong legal and compliance processes for the company. The role requires someone who is proactive and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
2. Support in preparing and filing forms on the MCA portal.
3. Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes of meetings.
4. Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor agreements.
5. Conduct legal and regulatory research.
6. Assist founders with documentation for partnerships, vendors, and operational matters.
7. Help organize and maintain legal and corporate documentation.
8. Support in various legal, compliance, and operational tasks as required.
