About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review daily calendar and manage scheduled call-back appointments.
2. Make timely outbound call-backs to customers as per assigned slots.
3. Update call status, notes, and outcomes accurately in the system.
4. Update return orders to fulfill for reship/refund as per request daily
5. Create reshipment orders daily on relevant tools as per approved requests.
6. Daily call handling to manage customer queries and manage dashboards for urgent updates
7. Manage Abandoned Carts, RTO orders, and other order queries
