Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be the first line of support for users of our platform
2. Troubleshoot issues and help users navigate through features
3. Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email; Do Feature/Product demos
4. Document recurring issues and share insights with the tech/product team
5. Contribute to our Help Center / FAQs
6. Build strong relationships with customers through prompt and professional support

What we're looking for:

1. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language preferred)
2. Curiosity to understand tech products - you're the kind of person who explores features just to see how they work
3. Problem-solver mindset with a calm, customer-first attitude
4. Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
5. Familiarity with CRMs or SaaS platforms is a bonus
