Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reply to customer queries over Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, and Calls
2. Understand customer concerns and provide clear solutions
3. Use Google Sheets, Email, and CRM tools (we will provide training)
4. Collect and update customer information properly
5. Learn about our services and explain them to customers in simple words
6. Maintain a polite and professional communication style
7. Work with the team to make the support process better
