About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Delivering outstanding customer support to business travelers with professionalism and empathy.
2. Collaborating with travel industry professionals, vendors, and internal teams to resolve client queries effectively.
3. Maintaining regular communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
4. Acting as a bridge between the accounts team and vendors to streamline reconciliations and financial processes.
5. Learning and working on industry-standard tools such as GDS, Amadeus, Sabre, and financial reconciliation tools like Coferma.
6. Gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, emphasizing innovation and adaptability.
7. Supporting operations across different shifts, including night shifts, to ensure seamless 24x7 service coverage.
