About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the head writer to reframe rough drafts of short stories for children between the age group of 8-10 year.
2. Brainstorming more ideas to continue the pre-existing series our books.
3. Manage the editorial calendar, production schedules, and deadlines.
4. Maintain quality control, ensuring clarity, creativity, and adherence to industry standards.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends in children's publishing and recommend new ideas.
6. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize content for distribution and promotion.
7. Oversee copy-editing, proofreading, and final approvals before production.
