Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and launch new cold email campaigns from scratch (research, write, schedule).
2. Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns, track results, and suggest improvements.
3. Cold call leads when required and maintain professional communication.
4. Reply to inbound leads via email and follow up consistently.
5. Use tools like Smartlead (or be willing to learn similar tools quickly).
