About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking English speakers (with understanding of Hindi as well) for a short-term transcription project (1 to 1.5 months). This opportunity allows you to contribute to an English language initiative while enhancing your transcription, linguistic, and quality assurance skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Converting spoken English audio into clear, accurate, and grammatically correct written text as per the project guidelines.
2. Reviewing transcripts to identify and correct spelling errors, missing words, or misheard phrases to ensure high-quality output.
3. Completing a daily target of 20 minutes of audio transcription.
4. Maintaining a minimum working duration of 8 hours per day.
5. Collaborating with the team to meet daily goals and overall project deadlines.

Other requirements
1. Proficient in English, Hindi, including reading, writing, and listening.
2. Attentive to detail and accuracy in transcription.

5. Owns a laptop/desktop (mandatory).
6. Good quality headphones/earphones.
7. Prior experience is a plus.
8. Prior experience with the Annotic portal will be considered an advantage.
