Job Description - Field Sales Executive (Solar Insurance Sales)

About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Digipe Solar Surakhsha Insurance to customers through PM Surya Ghar-registered solar vendors. The role involves direct interaction with vendors and customers, explaining product benefits, closing sales, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with PM Surya Ghar registered vendors to promote Digipe Solar Surakhsha Insurance.
2. Generate leads from vendors' customer base and drive insurance sales.
3. Explain policy coverage, premium, and benefits in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
5. Build strong vendor and customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Collect required documentation and assist customers in completing purchase formalities.
7. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
8. Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Key Requirements
1. Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
2. Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, preferably in insurance / financial products / solar energy solutions.
