About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a passionate and creative 'Filmmaking Intern' to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with the creative content produced by our AI Video generation artists, providing essential and constructive feedback, and directing the shows to ensure alignment with the creative vision and quality standards. This internship offers hands-on experience in the filmmaking process within an educational and storytelling context.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review video content created by AI Video Generation artists to ensure quality and alignment with creative briefs.
2. Provide constructive and essential feedback to AI artists for improving visual storytelling and animation quality.
3. Direct shows where necessary, collaborating with scriptwriters, animators, and designers to ensure cohesive narrative flow and visual style.
4. Participate in creative review sessions, testing content usability and engagement, and suggest improvements based on learner feedback.
5. Support the iterative enhancement of AI-generated video content through collaboration with AI tool specialists and creative teams.
6. Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and educational value across episodes and modules.
7. Use AI content generation tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to assist in refining or creating video content where applicable.
8. Work alongside curriculum experts and instructional designers to align video content with academic standards and learning objectives.
9. Document feedback and content revisions thoroughly to track progress and improvements.

Other requirements
1. Experience with or interest in AI-generated content, children’s media, games, entertainment, or interactive educational content
2. A portfolio or demonstrable work showing range, preferably including samples of video content, animation, or creative supervision
3. Ability to provide empathetic, clear, and actionable feedback to creative teams and AI artists
4. Strong proficiency in English with attention to tone, pacing, and clarity, suitable for children in classes 1 to 8
5. Comfort working in structured, collaborative content environments involving AI tools and animation workflows
6. Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation and an eagerness to learn new AI technologies
7. Knowledge of the Indian K–10 curriculum (CBSE/ICSE) is a plus, with a focus on making learning fun
