About the work from home job/internship
1. Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and social media creatives for the brand.
2. Create marketing and campaign assets for digital platforms.
3. Adapt creator and user-generated content (UGC) into branded creatives.
4. Assist with mood boards, visual research, and creative references.
5. Support product launches, campaigns, and other brand initiatives through design.
6. Design presentations, reports, and internal marketing materials.
7. Ensure consistency across all brand communication and visual identity.
8. Stay updated with design trends, beauty branding, and evolving social media formats.

1. Candidates pursuing or recently graduated in graphic design, visual communication, fashion communication, design, fine arts, or related fields.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, or digital design work.
3. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
4. Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, D2C brands, and creator-led marketing.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle quick design iterations.
6. Candidates from reputed design institutes such as NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or similar institutions will be preferred.
