About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Developing brand identities (logos, brand guides, visual systems) and guidelines for clients and in-house projects.
2. Designing assets for social media, newsletters, websites, and campaigns.
3. Building and designing newsletters, templates, and digital experiences on Beehiiv, Substack, and more.
4. Using AI tools (Sora, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to generate concepts, images, and product ideas.
5. Collaborating with the content and strategy team to bring ideas to life.
6. Managing multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Other requirements
1. Having 1–3 years of design experience with a strong portfolio (branding, web, newsletters, social).
2. Being a disciplined, accountable designer who can manage projects end-to-end without constant supervision.
3. Demonstrating proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
4. Having a strong understanding of brand identity and digital product design.
5. Gaining experience with or showing willingness to adopt AI design workflows.
6. Being self-driven, disciplined, and able to deliver without hand-holding.
