About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly
2. Support the recruitment process - from posting jobs and screening resumes to coordinating interviews
3. Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
4. Extract and compile data from online portals for HR and operational reporting
5. Maintain and organize electronic files, records, and documentation
6. Assist with HRIS management by entering and updating employee data accurately in the system
7. Help organize and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
8. Stay updated on HR and operations best practices and suggest process improvements
5,000/month for the first 3 months, and 10,000/month for the last 3 months of the internship
