About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with 120 applicants daily to share job openings and explain role requirements.
2. Identify potential candidates by evaluating their profiles against hiring criteria.
3. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.
4. Track applicant responses and update recruitment progress in daily reports.
5. Support HR operations by improving candidate communication and streamlining recruitment workflows.
