About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Provide support in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
5. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
6. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
