About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the KAM to align on hiring priorities and role requirements
2. Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interactions
3. Share regular recruitment updates and adapt strategies based on feedback
4. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication
5. Conduct high-volume outreach (up to 110 candidates daily) for interviews and follow-ups
