Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and attract potential candidates through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
2. Actively headhunt candidates for various roles across different departments.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews.
4. Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
5. Collaborate with HR team to identify talent needs and support recruitment campaigns.
6. Assist in employer branding and promoting job openings on social media platforms.
