About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
2. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
3. Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
4. Help onboard new employees and interns
5. Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
6. Support employee engagement activities and internal events
7. Prepare and update HR reports, trackers, and forms
8. Help with compliance, policy communication, and data confidentiality
