About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
3. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
5. Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
6. Support HR documentation and onboarding processes
7. Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring teams
8. Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
