About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support recruitment by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
2. Facilitate onboarding by helping with the process for new employees, preparing welcome kits, and ensuring that new hires complete necessary paperwork
3. Maintain employee records by assisting in updating records, filing necessary documents, and managing HR databases
4. Manage data entry and reporting by collecting and compiling HR data, generating reports, and assisting with data analysis

We aim to identify location-based trends and inspire individual and community-based action to improve neighborhood safety.
