About the work from home job/internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Sankar Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as HR operations, HR branding, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and MS-Office skills. Your role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding, as you will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and projects to support our employees and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials.
2. Support HR branding initiatives through social media campaigns, employee engagement activities, and employer branding events.
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting training programs for employees on various HR-related topics.
5. Support the HR team in performance management processes, including feedback collection and performance evaluations.
6. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and resolving employee inquiries.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR analytics, and process improvements.
