About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in and observing core HR workflows, including recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes (documentation, forms, and induction support).
2. Attending virtual HR meetings, preparing meeting notes, and assisting in follow-up actions.
3. Exploring and learning HR tools, templates, and standard reporting formats used in day-to-day HR operations.
4. Researching HR trends, employee engagement practices, and summarizing insights from HR case studies, articles, and webinars.
5. Creating presentations, infographics, and maintaining a personal learning journal to document progress and key learnings.
6. Participating in interactive HR activities and submitting structured weekly progress updates to the assigned mentor.
