About the work from home job/internship
A. Onboarding and orientation:
1. Facilitate smooth onboarding for all interns, including orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and tools
2. Set up accounts and access to necessary software and platforms
B. Intern support and guidance:
1. Act as the main point of contact for interns, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive internship experience
2. Schedule regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide feedback
C. Task assignment and management:
1. Collaborate with department leads to assign tasks and projects that align with each intern's skills and learning goals
2. Ensure a balanced workload across all interns, avoiding burnout while meeting deadlines
D. Performance monitoring and evaluation:
1. Track and assess intern performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions
2. Identify areas for improvement and offer training or resources to help interns grow
E. Communication and collaboration:
1. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication between interns and their respective teams
2. Organize regular team meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and address challenges
F. Conflict resolution:
1. Handle any interpersonal conflicts or issues that arise among interns, ensuring a respectful and productive work environment

Other requirements
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field
2. Experience: Prior experience with video production and editing is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability through personal projects or coursework is a plus
3. Technical skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop) is a bonus
4. Creativity: Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities. Ability to bring ideas to life through video
5. Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality video production
6. Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
7. Passion: A genuine interest in education and a desire to contribute to the mission of the Skill Guru
8. Note: Minimum 20 hours of work.
