DESCRIPTION
About the work from home job/internship
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
2. Screen resumes and applications and prepare candidate shortlists based on job requirements.
3. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across relevant recruitment platforms.
6. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data in the ATS.
7. Support employer branding activities, career fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives.
8. Assist with recruitment-related projects, reports, and day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
