About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Receiving assigned job postings and executing end-to-end hiring for them.
2. Conducting daily outbound calls and initial candidate screenings.
3. Scheduling interviews and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
4. Attending Google Meet meetings whenever instructed.
5. Providing daily execution and hiring status reports.
6. Maintaining daily hiring records in Excel.
7. Tracking follow-ups, interview outcomes, and conversions.
8. Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation discipline.

Other requirements
1. The Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & Operations) internship is a full-time role.
2. Interns must remain active and available from 10 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Saturday; Sunday only if required for urgent matters).
3. Must be available for Google Meet meetings as instructed.
4. This role requires strict execution discipline.
5. This internship is designed for serious, career-focused individuals only.
6. Strong verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
7. Excel proficiency is compulsory.
8. Ability to understand instructions quickly and execute independently.
