Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in analyzing learning needs and business requirements
2. Design and develop engaging eLearning content and training materials
3. Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional outlines
4. Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) to build courses
5. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content
6. Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE
