About the work from home job/internship
1. Co-host The Influence OS podcast alongside the founder, serving as the primary frontline voice in conversations with coaches, consultants, and executives based primarily in the United States
2. Research every guest thoroughly before every recording: their background, their published content, their opinions, their career trajectory, and what has not been asked of them before
3. Design conversation frameworks for each episode in collaboration with the founder: the arc, the key questions, and how the conversation should open and close
4. Handle all pre-recording logistics: guest communication, calendar coordination, Riverside setup, and technical checks before every session
5. Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence as a podcast host, posting consistently and growing an audience in the coaching, consulting, and executive space
6. Study the craft of podcast hosting actively by consuming leading business and leadership podcasts and extracting what makes the best conversations work
7. Represent The Influence OS with professionalism, warmth, and genuine curiosity in every guest interaction on and off camera

Other requirements
1. Fluent, natural English with a neutral or internationally intelligible accent, ensuring credibility with a primarily US-based executive audience
2. Prior on-camera experience across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, webinars, presentations, or other recorded formats, with established comfort in front of the camera
3. Regular listener of long-form English podcasts with the ability to understand and articulate what makes an effective podcast host
4. Genuine curiosity about people, business, and ideas, reflected in an authentic interest in conversations rather than performance
5. Professional presence suitable for engaging with senior stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of communication and representation
