About the work from home job/internship
We're looking for someone who can move between a painting, a photograph, a film still, and a digital screen without hierarchy.
Someone who could get lost in a Water Lilies, think about space like David Hockney, and still be curious about how images live today on screens, in books, in motion.
If you think in images, references, textures, time, and technology you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
* Dive deep into visual research art, photography, cinema, design, archives, internet culture
* Build moodboards that feel less like slides and more like evolving systems or worlds
* Move between mediums still, moving image, print, digital without overthinking boundaries
* Contribute unexpected, cross-disciplinary ideas (references can come from anywhere)
* Help translate abstract thoughts into visual direction, treatments, or tangible outputs
* Occasionally assist on shoots, edits, or production workflows
Who You Are
* You have opinions about images across art, film, photography, design, and beyond
* You're as comfortable referencing Impressionism as you are pulling something from a random corner of the internet
* You notice light, but also colour, rhythm, sequencing, and how images behave across formats
* You're curious about process printing, editing, sequencing, experimenting not just outcomes
* You're intuitive, self-driven, and slightly obsessed with visuals
* Bonus: you make things zines, films, photographs, edits, anything
The Energy
We're not looking for someone polished we're looking for someone alive to images.
Someone who experiments, follows instinct, and isn't afraid to connect unexpected dots.
