Legal Associate Work From Home Internship at Resolute AI Software Private Limited

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, software licensing contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and SLAs.
2. Assist in ensuring legal compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Participate in client calls to understand contractual requirements, raise queries, and present arguments effectively.
4. Maintain accurate records of all legal documents, including agreements, amendments, and correspondence.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) to support business needs from a legal perspective.
6. Research legal issues and provide concise, well-reasoned recommendations.

Requirements:

1. LLB or LLM from a recognized university. (Freshers can apply)
2. Excellent English drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Sound understanding of corporate law, contract law, and legal terminology used in the software/IT industry.
4. Ability to articulate legal arguments clearly during client meetings or calls.
5. Good time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with contract management tools is a plus.
