1. Educational background: A master’s degree in business management or a related field.
2. Professional experience: Experience in real estate development, particularly co-living projects; proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
3. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis; ability to draft emails, create presentations, and prepare reports; strong understanding of business management principles; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; high level of discretion and confidentiality; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Additional requirements: Ability to attend online meetings, take detailed notes, and implement action points; prior experience in managing calendars and coordinating meetings; proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong relationship management skills.
