About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and organize the executive's calendar, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
2. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, contracts, reports, and presentations, maintaining a professional standard.
3. Coordinate online meetings by setting up agendas, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items.
4. Conduct research for co-living projects and compile progress reports to support ongoing initiatives.
5. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and managing communications.
6. Create and edit content for presentations and project decks, ensuring visual appeal and clarity.
7. Use Excel to support financial planning by creating and managing reports.
8. Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.
9. Attend online meetings to capture key points and implement action items as directed.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned C-level team, gaining hands-on experience in real estate and co-living project management.

Other requirements

1. Educational background: A master’s degree in business management or a related field.

2. Professional experience: Experience in real estate development, particularly co-living projects; proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

3. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis; ability to draft emails, create presentations, and prepare reports; strong understanding of business management principles; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; high level of discretion and confidentiality; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Additional requirements: Ability to attend online meetings, take detailed notes, and implement action points; prior experience in managing calendars and coordinating meetings; proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong relationship management skills.
