About the work from home job/internship
1. Maintaining professional, welcoming, approachable, and patient communication while interacting with students.
2. Responding promptly and accurately to students' mathematics-related queries, analyzing the root cause of doubts and providing well-structured, step-by-step solutions.
3. Engaging in follow-up discussions to ensure students fully understand explanations, adapting your approach to their learning level and emotional state.

Other requirements
1. Prior mathematics teaching experience at the senior secondary or international curriculum level.
2. Experience with IB, CAIE (IGCSE, A-Level), AP, or similar international programs is strongly preferred.
3. Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and student-focused mindset.
4. Flexible availability, ideally 2 hours daily.
5. Ability to simplify complex concepts, communicate with patience and professionalism, and foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment in an online chat-based setting.
