About the work from home job/internship
A merchant onboarding officer is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting new business partners on the platform to help them start and grow successfully.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and connect with salons, spas, and beauty service providers for onboarding on Brabima.
2. Explain platform features and partner benefits to prospective merchants.
3. Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process and collect required details.
4. Help partners list their services, pricing, and business information.
5. Coordinate with the internal team for profile activation.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants.
7. Provide basic guidance on using the Brabima partner dashboard/app.
8. Follow up with leads and ensure successful onboarding.
9. Maintain daily onboarding and lead reports.
