At myBillBook, a fast-growing SaaS startup, we're building tools that make billing and accounting effortless for millions of small businesses. Our Revenue Operations team keeps the sales engine running smoothly by bridging data, tools, and people. We're looking for a hungry intern who wants to dive into real-world Revenue Operations taking repetitive tasks off our manager's plate while learning the ropes of a SaaS inside sales setup. If you've interned before in operations or real-time management environments and want a foot in the SaaS door, this role is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Own daily tracker management using Google Sheets formulas, filters, and automation to keep sales data accurate and actionable
2. Clean, analyze, and report on raw sales and operational data; build pivot tables and dashboards to help the team make decisions
3. Help troubleshoot and update CRM, dialer, and other sales tools coordinating with cross-functional teams for quick fixes
4. Support sales team leads with ad-hoc reports, data requests, and technical escalations
5. Learn how revenue ops impacts sales velocity and customer success firsthand

Other requirements

1. You’ve completed graduation (B.Com, B.Sc, or similar) and have prior internship experience in real-time operations, MIS, or data-heavy roles — bonus if it’s in a BPO or inside sales environment.

2. Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel — you know how to use formulas like importrange, filter, sumif, and can build pivot tables without breaking a sweat.

3. Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling — you know how to draw insights from numbers.

4. Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus (e.g., smart automations, GPT-based helpers, etc.).

5. Clear communication skills and an ability to coordinate across teams without handholding.

6. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems to come; you anticipate and solve them.

3. Question 3 – Worksheet Assignment
a. You have been given raw sales data for a SaaS product:

b. Clean the data to remove any duplicates or errors you find.
c. Create a summary pivot table that shows total revenue and deals closed by region and by sales rep.
d. Build a dashboard sheet with charts summarizing sales trends over time and regional performance.
e. In your video, walk through your process for the above three points and explain what you have done.
f. Explain any insights or anomalies you found in the data and how you would investigate them further.
