About the work from home job/internship
1. Creating premium short-form promotional videos, reels, teasers using motion graphics for digital media brands, awards, campaigns, and client promotions.
2. Animating logos, posters, typography, award category reveals, nominee announcements, poll/result creatives, and brand assets for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
3. Converting static creatives, posters, and campaign ideas into engaging animated videos while maintaining a clean, professional, and brand-consistent look.
4. Working on promotional videos for media platforms, digital awards, agency campaigns, product launches, and social media marketing campaigns.
5. Creating reusable video templates for award promos, logo reveals, brand explainers, poll/result videos, and social media reels.

Other requirements
1. Candidates must share a portfolio, Instagram/YouTube links, Behance link, or Google Drive link showing their motion graphics or video editing work.
2. Candidates with hands-on experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro will be preferred over candidates who only use Canva or basic mobile editing apps.
3. Candidates should have a strong sense of typography, music timing, transitions, brand consistency, and premium social media video design.
4. Candidates comfortable with AI video tools, logo animation, award teaser videos, and short-form promotional content will be preferred.
5. Candidates should be comfortable completing a short practical assignment if shortlisted.
