About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a passionate and skilled English educator to teach students in middle and senior grades (Ages 11-16). The role involves delivering engaging, concept-based online classes that foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct live online English classes for middle and senior school students
2. Teach literature, grammar, writing, and comprehension in an engaging manner
3. Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and interpretation of texts
4. Design lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and learning outcomes
5. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations
6. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
7. Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment
8. Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and improvements
