About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of virtual assistant services across all clients.
2. Manage VA teams, including onboarding, task allocation, performance tracking, and team coordination.
3. Ensure service quality, productivity, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
4. Act as the main point of contact for operational client issues and escalations.
5. Monitor workloads, capacity planning, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
6. Prepare operational reports and track KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with leadership, HR, and sales teams to support business growth and expansion.
