About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Coordinate daily customer orders and delivery schedules
2.Communicate with vendors, delivery partners, and customers
3.Track order status and resolve basic delivery issues
4.Update order details, stock availability, and customer records
5.Handle customer calls/messages regarding orders and delivery
6.Support quality, hygiene, and delivery process follow-ups
7.Maintain daily operational reports and updates
8. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
