Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching and curating judging opportunities in Healthcare, Pharma, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
2. Identifying membership opportunities in AI & ML, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Food & Agriculture, and Pharma
3. Using platforms like Devpost, Raptors.dev, hackathons, professional councils, and selective associations to source credible opportunities
4. Collecting detailed information for each opportunity:
5. Task Name, URL, Description, Contact Info, Status, Impact, Country/Location
6. Identifying potential vendors (PR agencies, membership councils, hackathon organizers, associations) relevant to opportunities
7. Vetting vendors based on credibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with client goals
8. Maintaining a vendor tracker with key details: contact info, service offering, pricing, reliability, impact rating
9. Managing ongoing vendor communication, follow-ups, and escalations
10. Acting as a bridge between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourced opportunities
11. Organizing all opportunities into a master Excel file with niches as tabs (judging vs. membership)
12. Preparing documentation proofs (application screenshots, confirmations, vendor agreements, selection criteria notes)
13. Providing structured, actionable insights for internal teams
