About the work from home job/internship
1. Handle WhatsApp conversations with students, parents, teachers, and interns, with routine operational messages targeted for response within 30 seconds.
2. Stay continuously available and attentive during the entire shift, responding to urgent or live-class concerns within 10 seconds and taking immediate action to resolve them.
3. Monitor website leads every 10 minutes, review relevant enquiries, share necessary updates/screenshots, and respond quickly through both the website and WhatsApp.
4. Oversee end-to-end live-class coordination, including scheduling, meeting links, reminders, attendance, rescheduling, communication, and resolution of real-time class issues.
5. Organize and coordinate classes for the following day, making sure students and teachers receive correct schedules, information, and reminders on time.
6. Keep sheets, schedules, attendance, class records, reports, and other operational trackers accurate and regularly updated.
7. Monitor student packages, available classes/hours, pending fees, and renewals, ensuring required follow-ups are completed before packages end.
8. Coordinate effectively with students, parents, teachers, applicants, and interns, ensuring all actionable conversations are tracked and followed through until completion.
9. Manage teacher and intern hiring activities, including Internshala applications, candidate screening, communication, interview scheduling, and subsequent follow-ups.
10. Oversee assigned interns, monitor their work and deadlines, provide necessary files and instructions, and assist in resolving operational issues.
11. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively for communication and operational work, while carefully checking names, dates, timings, links, and other details before sending anything.
12. Handle multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining strong speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
13. Take full responsibility for assigned work, independently manage pending follow-ups, and complete other academic or operational tasks whenever required.

Other requirements
1. Excellent English communication skills- both spoken and written- with the ability to draft accurate and professional messages.
2. Fast response and alertness- must remain continuously attentive throughout the shift and handle urgent or live-class communications within 10 seconds.
3. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills- capable of simultaneously managing WhatsApp chats, live classes, website leads, scheduling, spreadsheets, and follow-ups without missing tasks.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy- particularly when handling names, timings, schedules, links, fee/package records, and communications.
5. Strong ownership and ability to follow instructions- a quick learner who can remember processes, independently track pending work, and complete tasks without repeated reminders.
6. Working knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, online class platforms, and ChatGPT/AI tools.
7. Must have a laptop/desktop, an additional device, stable high-speed internet, and preferably a backup internet connection.
8. Must be fully available throughout the selected shift and comfortable with a continuously active WFH role.
9. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
