Administrative Work From Home Part Time Internship at Lobo Worldwide

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform data entries for purchases, sales, and other accounts
2. Mapping transactions to the respective expenses incurred by the business
3. Participate in month-end and year-end reconciliation processes and reports
4. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for fulfillment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
5. Follow up with vendors for tracing of shipments and complete the end-to-end cycle from initiating claims to receipt of shipment and/or reimbursement
6. Update the shipping company's website with required data, follow up via email, and complete the end-to-end cycle to ensure goods are received by LWW on days that you will work as per the agreed work schedule
7. Prepare and process various documents/statistical summaries/reports requiring the assessment and analysis of data
8. Research new products and tabulate data
9. Update and monitor LWW's website with pricing and other data
10. Design promotions and ad campaigns and post them across various product categories for the website and social media platforms
11. Perform any other task assigned by the directors
