1. Architect and develop LLM-based multi-agent workflows.
2. Deploy and maintain AI Agents in live production environments.
3. Integrate Agents with 3rd-party systems and internal APIs.
4. Improve model performance using evaluation + observability tooling.
5. Collaborate with engineering + product teams to ship fast.

Other requirements
1. Understanding of deploying AI agents in production (critical requirement).
2. Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
3. Understanding of LLM application architecture, state handling, and tool-calling.
4. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP pipelines.
5. Familiarity with AI observability tools (e.g., Langfuse, Phoenix, OpenTelemetry, W&B, Honeycomb).
6. Proficient in Python for backend and orchestration.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
8. Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
9. Background integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.
10. Understanding of structured evaluation and testing frameworks for LLM applications.
