About the work from home job/internship
1. Work alongside our CTO and R&D team to conduct research in AI and machine learning to develop innovative models and algorithms.
2. Design, train, and optimize deep learning and traditional machine learning models.
3. Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
4. Develop scalable AI solutions and integrate them into production systems.
5. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
6. Work with large-scale datasets and apply data preprocessing, feature engineering, and augmentation techniques.
7. Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency for deployment.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and model engineering.
9. Publish research findings and contribute to the AI research community.

Other requirements
1. Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research.
2. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and Scikit-learn.
3. Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
4. Knowledge of model optimization techniques, such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
5. Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
7. Strong understanding of mathematical foundations in AI, statistics, and linear algebra.
8. Ability to read and implement state-of-the-art research papers.
9. Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative software development practices.
10. Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, GANs, or diffusion models.
11. Knowledge of multi-modal AI and cross-domain learning.
12. Experience deploying AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
